Nikki says: “I am excited and proud to have been given an unexpected opportunity to take on this new and challenging role and to be working with the Team Bath Franchise and with some of the region’s best coaches, staff and talented athletes. I am sure it will be a learning curve for me, having not fulfilled a Team Manager role at this level previously but I am looking forward to developing my current skills and experience and learning new ones.
As well as developing my own skills I will be able to help continue Devizes Netball Club’s development and progress DNC as a key club within Wiltshire.
The NPL (The National Performance League) consists of 10 teams and the players are aged between 14 and 19. The players are selected to represent the Youth Squad's for the 8 NSL franchises for either the South or West Midlands region. The players are in the athlete pathway for progression to possibly become future NSL players. This was previously known as the National Talent League (NTL).
