End of season award - nomination forms

At our summer social on 25th May, we will be presenting our usual end of season awards.

Everyone can nominate winners - please download and complete a nomination form and bring it back to training and hand it to Steph or Becky.

Forms can also be emailed back to Becky on mazeygrace@yahoo.com.

And if you have one of  our lovely trophies, please bring it back to Steph as soon as possible!

If you were part of the SDNA team, please feel free to complete a form for that as well as your regular team!
