Devizes U14 Squad Qualify for Netball Southwest Regional League

Devizes Netball Club are excited to announce that following success at the Wiltshire County Tournament on the 13th September our U14 squad have qualified to participate in the Netball South West Regional U14 League for the first time.
A big thank you to the girls, parents and coaches Trudie Procter and Kelly Wood who supported the girls on the day.
Coach Nikki Lloyd who was unable to attend on the day due to Senior Regional commitments said "the club has been working hard to implement a structure and environment where our many junior players can progress through age groups & reach their individual and team potential without having to access junior regional competition by moving to clubs outside of Devizes. We have restructured training sessions, invested in coaching and structured team selections for our moonraker league squads to enable players to access good qualify competition and this has paid off".
"I am really excited to start work with this group and prepare them for the league which will provide them all with a higher level of competition in their age group but It's going to be a challenge on both people resources in terms of coaches, managers & finding umpires and identifying venues for matches on the same dates as our seniors play but we are committed to Giving the girls the best experience of regional competition and hopefully marking the start of our presence at regional level in all Junior age groups and senior regional 3 level each year".
