We are planning to go to Brean again this May - see the message below from Nikki:
BREAN Weekend 2011 – Friday 13th (pm) to Sunday 15th May
Approx cost is £35-40 per person for entry and accommodation; additional costs would be dinner and refreshments for each day. From last year’s experience I would suggest everyone puts in £5 and I (Nikki) will do a shop and fill the fridges with fruit, bread, sandwich fillings, bacon, drinks and snacks for all to help themselves to over the weekend.
Meals on the Friday and Saturday night would probably be at nearby (2 mins walk) pub, nice food reasonable prices, although depending on numbers if it is reasonably practical we may do a pasta evening on the Friday in the chalets.
Travel would be organised nearer the time but would be via car shares with drivers getting petrol money. We would need under 18’s to help provide parental assistance with transport.
Depending on interest will depend on the number of teams entered. This is a senior tour and the standard is varied from regional level teams to back to netballers so there is something for everyone. This tour is open to all adults and Under 18's in the A to C teams only. Under 18s will be issued with guidelines for themselves and a parental permission form nearer the time.
We need to get our entry in by the end of the month so if you would like to go please let me know asap.
