Affliliation and membership forms now available

Everyone needs to be affiliated by the end of September - or by the end of August if you want to play in the first few matches of the Swindon league. Membership forms are available here - please note there are two forms - one for adults and one for under 18s playing in the senior club. Young players who belong to the junior club also need to complete and return a membership form, but this can wait until training begins again.
To get in early, please download a form and return it to Trudie at the address on the bottom of the form with a cheque for the appropriate amount (also on the form).
